Accident blocks two lanes of A14

RUSH hour traffic was facing gridlock on the A14 today after a crash which left both lanes of the eastbound carriageway completely blocked.Two Ford Mondeos were in collision at the Copdock interchange at 8.

RUSH hour traffic was facing gridlock on the A14 today after a crash which left both lanes of the eastbound carriageway completely blocked.
Two Ford Mondeos were in collision at the Copdock interchange at 8.10am.
One of the drivers contacted the police to report the accident in which no one is believed to have been injured but which left the Felixstowe bound track blocked.
The accident came minutes after a four-vehicle collision on the same carriageway.
