AN ACCIDENT on the southbound stretch of A12 is causing delays this morning.
There is heavy traffic causing delays of 15 minutes between the junctions with the A120 Colchester West and the A130 Chelmsford North.
The accident involved a car and a lorry at Rivenhall, near Witham, at 7.05am.
Normal traffic conditions are expected from about 8.30am.
