Drivers are experiencing 30-minute delays on the A14 westbound this morning following an accident involving two vehicles.
Initial reports suggested multiple vehicles were involved but police have now confirmed two cars collided near the Asda superstore at the Whitehouse Interchange shortly before 7am.
One lane is currently closed and traffic is queuing between junction 53, the Whitehouse Interchange at Bury Road, Ipswich and junction 52, Bramford Road in Claydon.
A police spokesman said nobody was injured in the collision and that both vehicles have been removed from the carriageway.
