ActivIpswich is continuing its archery sessions for over-45s, following the launch of its taster sessions.
ActivIpswich runs sport and activity sessions for those aged 45 and above, with the aim of getting them into regular activity in a relaxed and social environment.
Taster sessions in archery launched in Ipswich recently, and are now continuing as regular indoor sessions.
ActivIpswich project manager Mike McCarthy said: “Although we have held outdoor sessions in the past, these are our first regular indoor sessions.
“Archery is a terrific sport to get involved with as it provides a high skill and concentration challenge as well as being more physical than you might imagine.
“It is also a very inclusive sport where participants can shoot from a seated position.”
Other sports offered include boccia, new age kurling and table tennis.
