An air ambulance has descended in Ravenswood Green in Ipswich tonight after a man collapsed in his home.

An East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust spokesman said the man was believed to be in a serious condition.

He said: “We received a call today at 6.51pm to reports of a man who had collapsed at an address in Ravenswood, Ipswich.

“We’ve currently got two rapid response vehicles, two ambulance officers, an ambulance crew, and an air ambulance from the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) charity on scene.

“The man is believed to be in a serious condition.”
