Air ambulance rescues horse fall man

A MAN was airlifted to hospital today after being thrown from a horse in Suffolk.

The 58-year-old man suffered spinal injuries as a result of the incident at Rowley Mele Racecourse, Mildenhall, just after 8am.

The 58-year-old man suffered spinal injuries as a result of the incident at Rowley Mele Racecourse, Mildenhall, just after 8am.

He was initially treated by paramedics from Mildenhall before being airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital in the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
