SUFFOLK police today hailed its efforts in the fourth Alcohol Misuse Enforcement Campaign (AMEC) a success after seeing reductions in serious offences.
The zero tolerance approach to alcohol-related crime began on May 8 and the force today revealed that sexual offences, robberies, domestic incidents, assaults on police and violent offences all fell during the month-long campaign.
