SERIOUS concerns for the welfare of a man missing from Norfolk have prompted police to issue an urgent appeal to the public to help find him.
Stephen Roy Brown, 47, has been missing since September 16. He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit trousers with blue polo shirt bearing the England emblem.
He is also believed to be driving a white Volvo estate car 240 DL with the registration number B945 VVF.
