PROPOSALS for a new waste-burning power station for Suffolk were today due to be formally approved.Members of the county council's cabinet were due to discuss a recommendation that it should go ahead with proposals to find a private sector partner to build and operate a new incinerator which would also generate enough electricity to power every home in Ipswich.
