POLICE are today hunting an armed robber who held up a bookmakers in Suffolk.The incident happened at Ladbrokes in Camps Road, Haverhill, at around 6pm last night.
POLICE are today hunting an armed robber who held up a bookmakers in Suffolk.
The incident happened at Ladbrokes in Camps Road, Haverhill, at around 6pm last night.
A police spokeswoman said: “A man brandishing what appeared to be a gun threatened two staff members and demanded money.
“A quantity of cash was handed over.”
No-one was hurt in the incident.
The man was white, around 5 feet 8 inches, and was wearing dark glasses, a dark scarf around his mouth and a dark jacket.
