FIREFIGHTERS were called to an attic blaze in Ipswich after a suspected lighting strike.

The fire, in a detached house in Highfield Approach, broke out at around 6.

The fire, in a detached house in Highfield Approach, broke out at around 6.20pm yesterday and took crews an hour to put out.
