More than £1,000 was raised by AXA staff and their families when they embarked on a six-mile walk around Felixstowe on Sunday.
A total of 18 people took part in the walk, which marked the start of AXA Group’s corporate responsibility week to promote wellbeing at work, raise awareness of health issues and support the local community.
A spokesperson for AXA said: “Eighteen people took part in the walk and enjoyed the afternoon sunshine around the old Felixstowe area. Thanks to extra company sponsorship [they] have raised in excess of £1,000 for EACH - a fantastic amount to kick-start the annual corporate responsibility week initiative.”
