National Express East Anglia has apologised for the delays, which is caused by poor weather conditions.
A spokeswoman for National Express said: “We apologise for the delays. If any customer has had to wait for more than half an hour, they are entitled to compensation and can pick up a form from their local station or find out details about it from our website.”
