THE driver of a blue Citroen was killed today when the car he was driving hit a tree close to Knodishall.

Paramedics were called to the stretch of B1119, between Knodishall and Leiston at 1.

THE driver of a blue Citroen was killed today when the car he was driving hit a tree close to Knodishall.

Paramedics were called to the stretch of B1119, between Knodishall and Leiston at 1.30pm, but were unable to resuscitate the driver.

Police are not naming the man, thought to be young and from the area, until the next of kin have been informed.
