TAKE a moment to look.
These stunning pictures show the magnificence of autumn in Suffolk in all its splendour.
Taken by Evening Star photographers Lucy Taylor, Simon Parker and Star readers, the images show the golden glory of the season in Ipswich's Christchurch Park and around the county.
As leaves fall, and the park's ancient trees cast their long late afternoon shadows, Lucy captured not only a moment in time, but the wonder and majesty of our beautiful park in its autumnal mood.
As the low sun struggles to heat the atmosphere, as wildlife prepares for tough times ahead, her images of one of Suffolk's best-loved beauty spots are a magnificent pictorial record of the changing colours of the world around us.
Our reader pictures also show the beautiful colours of autumn's leaves and berries, as well as some breath-taking views. After a summer that saw record-breaking temperatures, this is a reminder that the dark days of winter are well and truly on their way.
