THE death of a man whose body was found at his home in Beccles is not being treated as suspicious, police said.
Police launched an investigation when the body of the 47-year-old was found at an address in Fair Close at 1.35am on Friday.
A force spokeswoman said a post-mortem examination found the man had died as a result of smoke inhalation.
She said inquiries were continuing but the death was not being treated as suspicious and the matter had now been passed to the coroner
