FIREFIGHTERS were called to deal with two separate bedroom fires tonight.
In Elizabeth Way, Felixstowe a fire broke out in the bedroom of a mid-terrace house at 8.30pm.
Initially it was though someone was trapped in the room but on arrival three fire crews found everyone was safe.
Firefighters wearing protective suits and breathing masks used hose reels to extinguish the flames and then carried out ventilation of the first floor of the property.
In a further incident crews were called to a chalet bungalow in Stoke By Nayland at just gone 9pm where they extinguished a small fire in a downstairs bedroom.
