Biker recovering after crash

A MOTORCYCLIST is recovering today following a collision with a bus on a Suffolk Road.

The man is believed to be suffering from a broken leg and a hand injury as a result of the crash.

The ambulance service was alerted to the accident at a junction on The Street, Capel St Mary at about 3pm on Saturday. >

The 34-year-old motorcyclist, from Great Wenham, was taken to Ipswich Hospital in an ambulance, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The bus driver was not hurt in the collision.

An ambulance, rapid response vehicle and a Suffolk Accident and Rescue Service (SARS) doctor attended the accident.
