A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious leg injuries following a collision in Ipswich.
The crash happened at the junction of London Road and Paul’s Road just after 6pm.
A volunteer doctor and critical care paramedic team from Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) attended the scene of the collision, between a car and a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a man in his forties, suffered a serious leg injury. The SARS team sedated the patient and splinted the injury before he was taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
No one else was hurt in the crash.
