SUNDAY morning's sharp frost caught out several drivers in south Suffolk with police getting reports of cars slipping off roads in the Hadleigh area.There were no reports of anyone being injured in the low-speed accidents in Suffolk - although a more serious crash left three people injured at Tiptree in Essex.
SHARP frosts caught out several drivers in south Suffolk with police getting reports of cars slipping off roads in the Hadleigh area.
Firefighters had to cut free a driver trapped in a car which left the road at Hadleigh Heath following the icy weather on Sunday morning.
There were no reports of anyone being seriously injured in the low-speed accidents in Suffolk - although a more serious crash at Tiptree in Essex left three people in hospital.
In that incident three people had to be cut free from an accident by firefighters before being taken to Colchester General Hospital. Their conditions are not thought to be life-threatening.
