THREE fire crews were called out to a blaze at a building company in Bury St Edmunds in the early hours of today.

The fire in a converted row of three terraced houses occupied by Fenners Building Supplies of Kings Road, started in the ground floor of the end property.

The alarm was raised at 4.26am and the fire, which left the interconnecting premises heavily smoke logged, was stopped at 5.01am.
