DETECTIVES involved in the hunt for missing Ipswich prostitutes Tania Nicol and Gemma Adams were investigating the discovery of a woman's body today.The corpse was found in a brook at Thorpe's Hill near the former Hintlesham Aquatics premises on the road between Ipswich and Hadleigh.
DETECTIVES involved in the hunt for missing Ipswich prostitutes Tania Nicol and Gemma Adams were investigating the discovery of a woman's body today.
The corpse was found in a brook at Thorpe's Hill near Hintlesham Fisheries on the road between Ipswich and Hadleigh.
Police were called in by a member of the public shortly before 11.55am after being alerted to the macabre find in the water near Fen Farm.
A Suffolk police spokeswoman said: “Around 11.53am we received a report of a body in the water and it appeared to be a woman. The death is being treated as unexplained.”
Miss Nicol went missing just over a month ago, while Miss Adams disappeared two weeks later.
