POLICE in Thetford have discovered the body of a man who was reported missing earlier this week.The 41-year-old man has not been named and his body was found near a picnic site in Great Hockham, Thetford.
POLICE in Thetford have discovered the body of a man who was reported missing earlier this week.
The 41-year-old man has not been named and his body was found near a picnic site in Great Hockham, Thetford.
The man, who lived in Thetford, had been reported missing on Tuesday and a search of the area, off the A1075, was carried out after his car was discovered nearby.
Police officers searched the area with the aid of dogs, the Norfolk Police helicopter and a search and rescue team and the body was discovered at just before 1pm today.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and an inquest is due to be opened.
