Bogus Callers Strike Again

POLICE are appealing for information after bogus callers targeted homes in Bury St Edmunds this afternoon.

Two men talked their way into a home in Caie Walk at around 2 pm and stole an undisclosed quantity of cash.

POLICE are appealing for information after bogus callers targeted homes in Bury St Edmunds this afternoon.

Two men talked their way into a home in Caie Walk at around 2 pm and stole an undisclosed quantity of cash.

They were described as white 18 – 25 years. One had a spotty complexion and was wearing dark trousers and a light blue jacket. The other man was wearing a pale lemon shirt and a coffee brown tank top.

Men also tried unsuccessfully to gain access to two further homes including one in Hill Road.
