A FOUR-year-old boy was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car in Ipswich.The accident happened just after 7pm yesterday on Felix Road.Little Louis Whiting was conscious throughout but was taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance for treatment to a bump on his head.
