Boy Hit By Car

A FIVE-year-old boy was taken to hospital today after he was hit by a car in an accident near an Ipswich pub.

The unnamed boy is thought to have run out infront of the vehicle at 3.

A FIVE-year-old boy was taken to hospital today after he was hit by a car in an accident near an Ipswich pub.

The unnamed boy is thought to have run out in front of the vehicle at 3.30 pm on a crossing near the Golden Hind pub in Nacton Road.

An ambulance and a Suffolk Accident Rescue service doctor attended and the boy was taken to Ipswich Hospital where he was treated for a broken leg, ankle and a possible cheekbone injury.
