A boy has been taken to hospital after he was in a collision with a car in Ipswich.
Belstead Road was closed in both directions after the incident happened at around 8.15am.
A police spokeswoman said the boy, believed to be around 10, was “conscious and breathing”.
An ambulance spokesman added: “An ambulance crew attended in under six minutes and an ambulance officer. They treated a boy who had suspected back injury and shoulder injury. He was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.”
A Hyundai i30 was involved in the collision and the road reopened at 9.05am.
