Bratz started off as a range of dolls but the brand has since exploded in popularity among young girls and spin-offs include a cartoon series, magazines and a clothes range.
Bratz the movie, featuring the voice of former singer and American Idol presenter Paula Abdul, is released in the UK next month.
The new tour follows a sell-out UK tour in April - watched by more than 100,000 people.
It will focus on the four main Bratz characters - Cloe, Sasha, Yasmin and Jade - and a support cast of dancers.
The shows, accompanied by a live band, include sing-a-longs and a section where the Bratz teach the audience how to dance.
The Regent's shows will be at 4.30pm and 6.30pm.
