TRAFFIC is moving slowly over the Orwell Bridge towards Ipswich following a three-car collision.No-one was injured in the accident on the westbound carriageway which happened around 5pm.A spokesman for Suffolk police said the road has remained open but traffic is moving slowly due to rubbernecking.
