TRAFFIC jams were caused tonight after a car broke down on the A14.The vehicle broke down on the Bury-bound carriageway at Haughley at about 6pm. As it happened during rush hour, there were tailbacks while the vehicle was recovered, however the road was eventually cleared by 7pm.
