A bullock was rescued from mud on the banks of the River Deben near Martlesham last night.
A bullock was rescued from mud on the banks of the River Deben near Martlesham last night.
Firecrews and personnel from the mud rescue unit of Felixstowe coastguard battled for nearly 90 minutes to free the bullock from the mud.
The alarm was raised at just before 6pm but an hour and a half later the animal was pulled clear and returned to the farm it came from.
