Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Ipswich.
The incident took place sometime between 12pm and 12.30pm on Wednesday, April 5, at an address in Lackford Place.
The victim, a man in his 50s, returned home to discover two people – a man and a woman – in his property. They pushed past him and ran out via the front door. A laptop, a black Rotary watch in a brown case and two bottles of aftershave were stolen.
The male suspect is described as white with a tanned complexion, between 25 – 30 years’ old, approximately 5ft 6ins in height and of medium build. He was unshaven and wearing a black baseball cap with a white logo and curved peak, black trousers and a black padded coat.
The female suspect is also described as white with a tanned complexion, between 20 and 30 years’ old, of thin build and approximately 5ft 7ins in height.
She was wearing a dark-coloured coat, with white and black leggings, and her dark brown hair was pulled back in a ponytail.
The offenders were both reported as speaking a foreign language.
