Cash and jewellery were stolen after burglars broke into a home in Brantham during the day.

The incident took place between 7.30am and 3.30pm on Tuesday, June 12, at a house in The Street.

A side door was forced open to gain entry to the property and items of cash and jewellery were stolen from inside.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious persons or vehicles in the village on that day, or who has any information about this crime, is asked to contact South CID at Landmark House on 101, quoting reference 32245/18.
