At least three cars were written off in the crash in Trimley St Martin and one was shunted within an inch of a house.
The First Eastern Counties bus which caused the mayhem was also badly damaged.
It was the second incident in two weeks involving one of the company's vehicles after another bus got stuck under a bridge in Bramford.
