Attendees at the Ipswich event were given the chance to network with local entrepreneurs including Jason Hawkins-Row of Aponic Limited who shared the story of how he started his business, how it has grown and offered tips and advice on running a company. Kelly-Anne Byres of KBL Accounts Limited was also in attendance to offer advice on running a business and a family.

Alison Morrissey, Basepoint Ipswich Centre Manager said: “Jason has given us a wonderful peek into the life of an entrepreneur and Kelly-Anne is an inspiration for young women and proof that you can succeed in business if you have a good work ethic and determination.

Kelly-Anne Byres added: “Having a young son at home as well as working with two financial projects can be very demanding however the sense of achievement is worth all the effort”
