An Ipswich entrepreneur has got a new business under her name - after becoming the new owner of Ipswich salon Flawless Image.
Emma Tucker has taken over the salon, based in Fore Street, with business partner Clair Cooper.
Emma also co-owns Kesgrave salon Little Luxuries, on Penzance Road, with Jackie Langfield and Louise Farman, where Clair also worked as a beauty therapist.
“Taking over the salon is very exciting - the clients and staff are so lovely,” said Emma. “There’s lots to do in preparing for the year ahead.
“Luckily for us the salon is in a great location - with The Waterfront just a stone’s throw away.
“We have four beauty rooms in a wonderful and cosy building. We offer a warm and friendly reception.
“We will be looking to run monthly & seasonal promotions in the salon along with special offers with The Salthouse Hotel.
“ We are also going to work closely with Saxby’s Hair Salon which is right next door to us so our clients can have their hair, make-up and beauty treatments all in the same place.
“We will be able to offer wedding and party packages.”
A launch event is being held at Flawless Image from 6pm-9pm on Friday, February 24 and will feature demonstrations, as well as advice from the team on treatments including botox, fillers and semi-permanent make-up.
A raffle will be held in aid of The Teenage Cancer Trust and Parkinson’s UK, with the charities having supported Emma’s nephew and Clair’s mother.
