A PERSON has died after a collision with a train today.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to the railway station in Waterbeach, just north of Cambridge at about 6.45am.
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “Sadly on our arrival there was nothing we could do to the patient, they were pronounced dead at the scene. Our thoughts are with the patients family at this tragic time.”
