A MOTORIST suffered head and arm injuries in a crash on the A14 today.
The accident involving a Daihatsu car and a lorry happened on the westbound carriageway at Girton just before 4pm, and triggered delays after one lane was blocked by the smash.
An ambulance service spokeswoman said a woman had been taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with head and arm injuries but she was conscious and breathing when she was treated by paramedics, so her condition was not thought to be life-threatening.
