IPSWICH: A defiant student has started a petition against plans to move his school to a new site.
James Ager, a 17-year-old pupil at Holywells High School, has started a campaign to stop the school moving to a 30million state-of-the-art campus on the edge of Ravenswood.
The move would not happen until 2014 but would depend on the school getting academy status.
People can sign the petition at a drop in session tomorrow morning where plans for the new site will be revealed.
The session takes place at Gainsborough Sports Centre between 10am - 12pm.
