A father is appealing for help in finding his three-year-old daughter’s cuddly best friend.
Little Isabelle lost ‘Miss Kitty’ around 1.30pm on Monday on Felixstowe beach, near the leisure centre during a picnic with her grandparents.
When they returned back to her Ipswich home in Rectory Road, her father, Andrew Laws realised the cat was gone.
He said: “This toy cat has been in her arms from almost the moment she was born, it hasn’t left her side at all.
“She’s just convinced that Miss Kitty is going to come back, so she’s not upset yet, but once she realises she will be.”
Mr Laws said this was not the first time Isabelle had lost a teddy at the seaside.
Last year, the youngster left her sock monkey at Aldeburgh beach, and Mr Laws said she still talked about it, even to strangers.
