A SECOND teenager has today died after he and his friend were mown down by a car in broad daylight as they walked along the pavement.The two 15-year-old boys were hit by a car in Ipswich during a horrific sequence of events which began with a domestic dispute yesterday.

The two 15-year-old boys were hit by a car in Ipswich during a horrific sequence of events which began with a domestic dispute yesterday.
At around 9.30am, the boy who had been fighting for his life died in Ipswich Hospital.
His friend was pronounced dead shortly after the accident when attempts to resuscitate him failed.
A 33-year-old man is being held by police over the incident, in which a teenage girl also leaped to avoid being hit by the Volvo car.
