EMERGENCY services attended the scene of a crash, where a car had mounted a pavement.
A BMW and Hyundai car were in collision with each other in Belstead Road, near to the junction of Philip Road, at about noon today.
One person was taken to hospital with injuries but it is not thought to be serious. The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident.
There was also another collision in Fore Hamlet at 12.35pm. One person was taken to hospital but their injuries are not serious.
