EMERGENCY services were called to two accidents on the A14 in a matter of minutes tonight.
Both accidents happened near to the Wherstead interchange heading east at around 6.30pm.
One was just before the junction and the second just after it.
Fire fighters went to both scenes but no one was trapped and the areas were made safe.
It is believed there are no serious injuries but drivers faced tail-backs and delays.
