THREE men and a woman have been charged following a incident in which a man and three police officers were left injured in Sudbury.
The charges bought against the four relate to incident in North Street and Church Street in the early hours of December 17.
Dale Toms, 34, of Midland Road in Raunds, Northamptonshire, has been charged with obstructing an officer, assault occasioning ABH, assault and two counts of assaulting police officers.
Julie Toms, 35, of Lower Dean in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire has been charged with obstructing an officer and assault occasioning ABH.
Glenn Toms, 31, of Lower Dean in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire has been charged with obstructing an officer.
Nicholas Dearden, 29, of Somerford Road in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire has been charged with obstructing an officer and assaulting an officer.
All four are due before Bury Magistrates on February 23.
