FIRE CREWS today atteneded a chemical incident in Stowmarket.
Reports were made at 8.30am, of a smoking 205 litre drum containing an unknown quantity of the hazardous chemical Styrene.
Six crews were called to the scene at Bosch Lawn and Garden Ltd in Gipping Way, Stowmarket.
A Suffolk Fire spokeswoman said that officers and fire-fighters were using thermal image equipment to assess what action needed to be taken.
