WATTISHAM'S RAF air sea rescue helicopter was called to the assistance of two yachts run aground off the coast at Clacton.
The crew were scrambled shortly after 9.30am yesterday.
Walton coastguard was also alerted to help the stricken vessels get safely back into harbour.
