Three top comedians will perform at an event in Ipswich to raise money for the town’s homeless and needy.

James Dowdeswell, Paul Tonkinson and Bob Mills will take to the stage at Greshams Sports and Social Club on May 11 in aid of Ipswich Housing Action Group (IHAG).

The night has been organised by Ipswich-based loans company, Fleximize.

James is well known for his role in Extras and appearances on Russell Howard’s Good News; while Paul is the former host of The Big Breakfast and The Sunday Show. Bob has featured on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz and is a regular presenter on talkSPORT.

IHAG is a small charity which is based at the Chapman Centre in Black Horse Lane and helps people with housing worries. It operates a hostel and has a busy money advice service.

Tickets for the event cost £10, and are available to buy here.
