ACTRESS Kathy Staff, famous as Nora Batty in the long-running situation comedy Last of the Summer Wine, has died at the age of 80, it was announced today.
Miss Staff had been ill for some time - but will be remembered as the object of desire for Compo, played by the late Bill Owen.
