A FELIXIXSTOWE warehouse and distribution company has today been fined £8,000 for failing to prevent the escape of hazardous waste from his site.Landsdowne Distribution Limited pleaded guilty at Ipswich Crown Court to letting lose blue powder dye blow out of a skip and into Ipswich Dock Marina, staining blue 21 boats belonging to "outraged" boat owners.

Landsdowne Distribution Limited pleaded guilty at Ipswich Crown Court to letting lose blue powder dye blow out of a skip and into Ipswich Dock Marina, staining blue 21 boats belonging to "outraged" boat owners.
The offence occurred on September 10, 2003.
