A MAN facing two charges of conspiring to pervert the course of justice failed to appear at Lowestoft magistrates' court.Graham Westley, 40, of Church Road, Ely, was bailed to appear before magistrates yesterday in relation to two counts of conspiring with a person and persons unknown to pervert the course of justice.
A MAN facing two charges of conspiring to pervert the course of justice failed to appear at Lowestoft magistrates' court.
Graham Westley, 40, of Church Road, Ely, was bailed to appear before magistrates yesterday in relation to two counts of conspiring with a person and persons unknown to pervert the course of justice.
Both charges related to incidents at Hacheston, one on Thursday, October 16, 2003, and the other on Friday, May 23, 2003.
A warrant was issued for his arrest.
